There are a lot of wonderful places in the St. Louis and St. Charles area for wings, but it might not get much better than Culpeppers. You can get the for 40 cents on Tuesdays, and you'll probably be hooked after one sampling of what it has to offer. But wings aren't the only thing that sets Culpeppers above the bar, it's burgers, pizza, and vast menu choices make it an easy choice for an affordable, but tasty lunch or dinner.
